When I first started looking at houses, someone who just started doing real estate was sending me houses and none of them matched my interests. That person only replied at certain times and was not showing houses in person due to Covid. I needed someone who would take all my needs and wants in a home seriously and be available to me at all times to answer questions and show me homes. After my first offer was declined on a home with my first agent, I knew I needed someone else that fits my personality and didn't make me feel like I was being too direct and "needy". Marybeth contacted me (she also sold my brother his home a while ago) and she has been phenomenal since the moment she reached out. She had 3-4 house showings booked for me on any given day and was available any time I needed her advice.
