When we felt discouraged or frustrated with the process she was a great cheerleader, and took on many of the responsibilities outside of her role to help closing go more smoothly. Cynthia was always great with staying in contact with all parties involved, and keeping us up to date in the communications. She is so genuine and personable, and even after closing continues to make sure our needs are met.
